All Deposits are Non-Refundable-
except in circumstances explained below.
-
After puppies are born, I will accept deposits. A deposit of $100.00 will hold a puppy. These deposits may be in the form of PayPal (+5% fees), money order, or personal check. These deposits are accepted on a first come-first serve basis. Please call or e-mail before placing a deposit, to check on puppy availability. The buyers' choices are in the order of deposits received (breeder reserves the right to first choice, if desired).
-
A puppy is not considered on hold until a deposit is received. Please include a brief description of the puppy you would like to buy (sex, color, etc.).
-
For puppies being shipped at 8 weeks of age, the remaining balance, to include shipping, must be paid only by money order or pay pal (must add 5% fee). This must be paid in full by the seventh week of age, in order to be sure all funds clear before arrangements for shipping are made.
-
For puppies being picked up by buyer at 8 weeks of age, the balance payment may also be in the form of money order or pay pal (+ 5% fees). Please pay this balance by 6 weeks of age, in order for us to know which pups are definitely sold. Unless we state to you otherwise, we prefer for the pups to be at least 8 weeks old before being picked up. This gives us time to give 1 shot and for it to begin building immunities.
-
If a vet check should indicate a genetic life-threatening condition of a puppy on hold, or a puppy on hold should die, I will return the deposit or apply it towards another puppy of equal value- whichever the buyer prefers.
-
If after 6-7 weeks of age, a puppy's balance has not been paid, we will make an effort to contact the buyer to rectify the situation. At this time, a puppy will no longer be "on hold" and will become available to other customers for purchase. If the buyer is unable/declines to complete purchase of said puppy, buyer forfeits all monies paid to seller and all claims to said puppy

Our Policies
Although we love having visitors, we must now
request that no one ask to visit before puppies are 6-7
weeks of age and have received their first shot. Even
though no one would ever want to make a puppy sick,
we have learned that germs can very easily be
brought into our environment from other pets,
settings, etc.. For this reason, we ask your
understanding and patience with our request.
Also, due to liability, no one is allowed
in the kennel or kennel yard. The kennels and kennel
yard can easily be seen from my back porch, and I
do not want to risk someone being injured or perhaps
taking in germs which my dogs might not have
immunities against. As usual, visitors are welcomed
into my home to see puppies and puppies' parents.
Thank you,
Janet, Jason, & Miranda
